U.S. Custom and Border Protection says they took into custody around 180 migrants who were mostly families and unaccompanied children near Sunland Park. A federal judge has ordered Texas Secretary of State David Whitley to tell local officials not to carry out Whitley's efforts to remove what the secretary says were non-citizens from voter rolls in the state.
