KRWG Public Media features interviews with the Las Cruces Mayor's Top Teens in between programs on KRWG-TV.  KRWG is also featuring Top Teens on its website.

Jessica has invested more than 50 hours volunteering at Casa de Peregrinos, helps run basketball camps for her school, participates in Dress a Child events, picks up trash around her community, helps walk elementary kids as part of the "Walk to School" program at Sonoma Elementary, and assists in her church's fundraisers.

Her sport accolades include 2017 district champions for cross country, 2017 all-district for cross country, 2017-2018 2nd team all-district for basketball, 2018 district champions for track, 2018 team captain for cross country, 2018-2019 1st team all-district for basketball, earned 4th place at state as part of the medley relay team in track 2019, and has qualified for state in both track and cross country for as many years as she has participated in them.

Jessica maintains a high grade point average while participating in many activities.  She also is a National Honor Society member and part of her church youth group.
