The public is invited to attend the High Desert Fly-In, from Friday Oct. 18, 2019 through Sunday Oct. 20, 2019 at Las Cruces International Airport.
While at Las Cruces International Airport, participants can enjoy beautiful fall flying weather with 100-mile visibility, and breathtaking mountain views.
From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 the Wings & Wheels ‘Fest will showcase large and small airplanes and helicopters, with the finest vintage cars, muscle cars and hot rods in southern New Mexico. The family-oriented event will encourage visitors to the Las Cruces airport to explore aerospace and technology displays and enjoy the best food trucks in Las Cruces and the Mesilla Valley.
The High Desert Fly-In is hosted by Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 555, at Las Cruces International Airport. The event is a fundraiser for aviation scholarships for Mesilla Valley youths and is free to the public.
