One of the projects being proposed in the upcoming General Obligation Bond election for Doña Ana Community College is a $3.9 million creative media building aiming to partners students with the film, gaming, and creative media industries. Anthony Moreno talked with DACC President President Mónica Torres and Columnist D. Dowd Muska, two people with different perspectives on how this proposed facility may impact the film industry in Doña Ana County and New Mexico.
Doña Ana Community College has a General Obligation Bond every 4 years, passage of this bond will not increase taxes.
