A new book offers tourists the opportunity to learn more about popular food and drink destinations in New Mexico. Carolyn Graham joins the program to talk about her new book “New Mexico Food Trails: A Roadtrippers guide to hot chile, cold brews, and classic dishes from the Land of Enchantment.” Graham is from Las Cruces and is the former CEO of New Mexico Magazine.
