February 7, 2012 – Emily Guerra bridges the community on this edition of PUENTES with photographer and writer, Diana Molina, and a public lecture and reception, "Adventures in the Sierra Madre," beginning at 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 9th at the Centennial Museum and Chihuahuan Desert Garden on the campus of the University of Texas at El Paso. The photo exhibit is on display through May 5th. It is a record of her personal journey of nearly 20 years visiting with the Tarahumara. Some of her photographs have been shown at The World Museum of Art, Rotterdam, Holland; The Albuquerque Museum of Art and History; The Houston Museum of Natural Science; and The Institute of Texan Cultures, San Antonio.
