Free legal webinar aims to equip the elderly and their caretakers with resources and tools needed to plan for the future

The New Mexico State Bar Foundation’s Legal Resources for the Elderly Program is hosting a free virtual webinar on July 16. Natalie Meyers is the managing attorney for the program, and spoke with Scott Brocato about the program and the upcoming webinar, as well as some of the common legal issues facing the elderly.

Scott Brocato has been an award-winning radio veteran for over 35 years. He has lived and worked in Las Cruces since 2016, and you can hear him regularly during "All Things Considered" from 4 pm-7 pm on weekdays. Off the air, he is also a local actor and musician, and you can catch him rocking the bass with his band Flat Blak around Las Cruces and El Paso.
