Free legal webinar aims to equip the elderly and their caretakers with resources and tools needed to plan for the future

The New Mexico State Bar Foundation’s Legal Resources for the Elderly Program is hosting a free virtual webinar on July 16. Natalie Meyers is the managing attorney for the program, and spoke with Scott Brocato about the program and the upcoming webinar, as well as some of the common legal issues facing the elderly.

Scott Brocato has been an award-winning radio veteran for nearly 40 years. He has lived and worked in Las Cruces since 2016. You can hear him during "Morning Edition" from 5am-9am weekdays. Off the air, he is also a local actor and musician, playing bass with his band Flat Blak around Las Cruces and El Paso.
