NYC lawsuit centers around 'New Mexico chili'

A lawsuit has been filed alleging that a Florida-based company deceived customers by selling fraudulently lableled New Mexico “chili”. Travis Day, executive director of the New Mexico Chile Association, spoke with Scott Brocato about the lawsuit.
