U.S. House to Consider Cap and Trade; Teague Supports the Plan

Las Cruces, NM – The U.S. House of Representatives is expected to consider a proposal today, setting a limit on greenhouse gas emissions by creating a cap and trade program. Supporters say the proposal is badly needed to counter the effects of global warming, while critics allege the requirement will only lead to higher prices for consumers. KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports.
