Teague Bill would reduce the Cost of VA Hospital Trips

Las Cruces, NM – When a veteran is sick in New Mexico, family members often have to travel hundreds of miles to the nearest Veteran Hospital, most likely in Albuquerque. The cost of that trip, including meals, hotel rooms and gas money can add up quickly, so Congressman Harry Teague is urging his colleagues to offer family members some financial assistance.
