Las Cruces, NM – The 2009 New Mexico Legislative Session gets under way today in Santa Fe. During the 60 day session, state lawmakers will be focused primarily on dealing with the large budget shortfall. KRWG's Evan Woodward spoke with newly elected District 37 Senator Steve Fischmann, about his financial priorities for his first session at the Roundhouse.
