Senators to Discuss Counter Narcotics Aid Package in Mexico City

Las Cruces, NM – Several United States Senators including New Mexico's Jeff Bingaman plan to travel to Mexico City following Congress' Thanksgiving recess to discuss the Merida Initiative a proposed U-S anti-drug aid package. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, the plan calls for 1.4 billion dollars to help Mexico and six Central American countries fight drug cartels.
