Secretary of State's Spokesman Defends the Hiring of Jim Noel as Elections Director

Albuquerque, NM – The secretary of state's office is dismissing criticism of its hiring of a Senate candidate's relative as elections director. Secretary of State Mary Herrera on Friday announced she'd hired James Noel as elections director, filling a position that had been vacated by former director Daniel Soto. KUNM's Jim Williams has more.
