Las Cruces, NM – San Miguel is in the process of creating a new community center in the heart of the Dona Ana County community. As KRWG's Vanessa Dabovich reports, State Representative Joni Gutierrez spearheaded efforts to purchase an abandoned elementary school to serve as the new center.
