No New Billboards for El Paso

Las Cruces, NM – El Paso Mayor John Cook says he may veto an ordinance, banning the construction of traditional billboards in his far west Texas City. The measure barely made it through the city council this week after a lengthy, heated discussion. KRWG's Melissa Aguilera reports on the controversial ban still up in the air.
