Las Cruces, NM – President Bush plans to cut the number of National Guard Personnel by September. New Mexico's troop number would be reduced by four-hundred. As KRWG's Whitney Jones reports, New Mexico's congressional delegation is urging the President to keep the National Guard along the border.
