November 15, 2014 – Las Cruces, NM - On this edition of PUENTES, Emily Guerra bridges the community with Community Action Agency of Southern New Mexico (CAASNM) Chief Executive Officer, Dawn Hommer. She was appointed by the agency’s Board of Directors in 2011, after working for six years with New Mexico State University’s Arrowhead Center.
CAASNM is a non-profit corporation that has been serving low-income families in New Mexico since 1965, originally called Community Action Agency of Doña Ana County. It currently serves the southwestern New Mexico counties of Doña Ana, Hidalgo, Sierra, Luna and Grant.
