City considers rolling out the red carpet for Chickens

Las Cruces, NM – Chicken-raising might sound like an activity more in line with the barnyard than the backyard, but several Las Cruces residents think it's a great idea for the city. The group Citizens for Legalizing Urban Chicken Keeping or Cluck brought up the idea, and as KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, city officials are considering removing a ban on backyard chicken coops.
