Homeland Security Training Center Opens

Las Cruces, NM – The abandoned mining town of Playas, New Mexico, is now a training center for police officers and other first responders. Michael Olson reports that the New Mexico Tech-owned facility will prepare law enforcement and homeland security agencies to deal with catastrophes.
