Richardson Sells "Unsafe" Plane to Commercial Fleet

Las Cruces, NM – Last year, the Richardson administration attempted to buy a larger and faster plane for the governor's office. It cited safety concerns as the primary reason for needing to replace the old plane. As Michael Olson reports, a new owner has safely flown the governor's old plane in California.

Dona Ana County and Sunland Park Reach Agreement

Las Cruces, NM – The Dona Ana County Commission and the Sunland Park City Council have reached an agreement as to what entity will provide water and wastewater services to Sunland Park and Santa Teresa. Dona Ana County Commission Chairman Bill McCamley says the plan will extinguish the argument that the county pays too much attention to development, and not enough attention to the people.
