Richardson Undecided on Death Penalty Bill

Santa Fe, NM – Governor Bill Richardson has until late Wednesday night to make a decision on whether or not to sign the death penalty repeal bill lawmakers sent him late last week. According to the New Mexico Independent, he's gotten about 45-hundred e-mails on the matter. And as KUNM's Jim Williams reports from the capitol, the governor's been holding plenty of meetings on it as well.
